About the Instructor: Erica Canelos has been a wedding and event coordinator in the St. Augustine area for over 10 years. She discovered her passion for florals accidentally—by deconstructing and rearranging wedding arrangements to donate to hospice, and by planning the florals for a friend’s wedding. Erica enjoys the creative process of sourcing the perfect blooms, crafting floral recipes, and watching everything come together beautifully.
