Lightner Museum Member Appreciation Month

Lightner Museum Membership supports everything we do at the museum, from dynamic exhibitions and programs, to the preservation of our historic building and collections.
To thank our members for their ongoing support, October is Member Appreciation Month at the Lightner! Throughout the month, our members are invited to enjoy exclusive events, tours, giveaways, and more.
Member Appreciation Day
Saturday, October 12 | 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Lightner Museum Members are invited to bring a guest to the museum to experience the benefits of membership for a day (limited to one guest per member). Members receive an additional 10% off Lightner Museum Store merchandise, and a special gift!
Join us for two exclusive tours — a family interactive tour at 11:00 a.m., or a tour that highlights the Hotel Alcazar’s historic recreational facilities at 2:00 p.m.
Preregistration is not required to attend Member Appreciation Day; however, members who wish to participate in the tours should register in advance and will be prompted to include guest information upon registration. Each tour is limited to 20 guests.
Member Appreciation Night
Thursday, October 17 | 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Enjoy an exclusive evening at the Lightner museum! Explore our latest exhibition, The Gilded Age: Treasures from the Lightner Museum, participate in Lightner Museum themed trivia, and enjoy wine and hors d’ouevres around the historic Alcazar swimming pool.
Preregistration is required for this event. Each member is permitted to bring one guest. Trivia participation is optional, and members will be prompted to select if they would like to participate upon registration.
Members-only Exhibition Tour
Thursday, October 24 | 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Join local collector, Don Robbins for a tour of his exhibition, The Hague School: The Second Golden Age of Dutch Painting.
Preregistration is required to attend this tour. Due to capacity restrictions, we are unable to allow members to bring a guest. This tour is limited to 20 guests.
