About the Author

Jennifer W. Jordan has been a vegetarian for the majority of her life, growing up in the anthracite coal region of Pennsylvania. After moving to St. Augustine 14 years ago, she has been active in the community, volunteering as a member of the Junior Service League, and working in various local institutions such as the St. Augustine Record, the St. Augustine Art Association, the Lightner Museum and the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach. St. Augustine inspired her to combine her talents, passions, and education to create this vegetarian foodie guide for all to experience.
